Pick up from your hotel. Driving north for our first visit - to the
sacred Fish Cave. From here we drive to a village of the so-called "
Black" Lahu tribe. Originally from Tibet they still live a basic
life according to their traditions and are regarded as the most outgoing
and friendly fo the hill tribes. From here we drive to a Lisu village.
These people came from China origianlly. Their dress is very colourful.
Our final destination is one of the biggest caves in South East of Asia.
We tour the cave with torches to view the array of stalagmites and stalactites.
Buried deep within the chambers of the cave are tombs and ancient ceramics
from the past. Return by road to Mae Hong Son.
Time : Approxinmately 8 -9 hours.
