Pick up from your hotel
to the Phra Pinklao pier, boarding a long-tail boat along
the Chao Phraya River to the Thai House, (approx. 1 hr.).
Arrive at Thai House, short tour around the farm and then
head for the "open air kitchen" to commence the
cooking lessons. The hands-on participation will be encouraged
by the English instructor in the following recipes :-

Lunch.
You will have time to discuss and taste
test all that is demonstrated. Lessons include brief lectures,
preparation of ingredients. The hand-on cooking demonstration
and time for discussion and eating. Lessons are conducted
at the "open air kitchen", the outdoor classroom
surrounded by fruit trees (mango, banana, papaya, coconut)
and a garden full of fresh growing herbs and spicies used
in the recipes. Return by van to your hotel.
