Tachai Island is a small island solitary located 50 kilometres north of other Similan, not so far from Surin Islands. It has white beach with powdery sand almost like coffee creamer perfect for idyllic moment on the beach, or you can walk through the forest within the island to see wildlife exclusive to the area like ?Hoi Morakod? or emerald snails, Poo Kai crabs, and hermit crabs.< br>
Under the clear water, Tachai offers pristine coral reefs full of hard and soft corals, as well as colourful sea anemones, starfishes, and thousands of fishes. You can do snorkelling in the area. And if you lucky, you will see rare visitor like whale shark, leopard shark, blacktip shark, manta ray, and hawk beak turtle.
