How to access the Cyberpoint WiFi internet at Sandy Resort from Lobby?

For properly access to the Internet system in Sandy Resort, please follows these steps:

1. Open your web browser it will automatically connect to www.mycyberpoint.com or specific CyberPoint Hotspot Homepage.
2. Log-in with user name & Password
3. Enjoy browsing the internet.
4. Logout from the system when finished or type "http://192.168.50.1/logout"


In case you can access WiFi Internet from your room, please follow these steps:
(Please ask Sandy Resort if Wifi in Room is available)

1. Set SSID (Service set Identifier) or network name of your wireless client to be "CyberPoint” to access wireless system.
2. Set network parameter of your notebook/PC/PDA to obtain an IP address from the system.
3. Login to the system with your browser and your account (User Name / Password).
4. Logout from the system when finished or type "http://192.168.50.1/logout"

Where can I buy more WiFi internet Usage Time at Sandy Resort?

If your WiFi Internet is ran out of time, you can buy prepaid card from Sandy Resort front desk. You can choose from 100 Baht, 200 Baht, or 500 Baht

How can I check my account usage time?

Please go to www.mycyberpoint.com and then click the “Check Usage Time” Button on the right hand side of the page. In order to save your access time, it is necessary to logout appropriately by using logout button or type "http://192.168.50.1.logout", every time when you finished using internet browsing.

When will my Internet WiFi’s account expire?

Your Account will be expired 1 Month after first use. You can repurchase a prepaid card from Sandy Resort or any Cyberpoint Hotspot counter in Thailand

What is the Term and Condition of using Cyberpoint WiFi Internet?

• HotelThailand will only provide One Cyberpoint WiFi Internet Account Per Booking. If you need more usage time, you can purchase Cyberpoint prepaid card at the Hotel Front desk.
• Your Cyberpoint Wifi Internet will only allow Free 20 Minutes Only no matter how much it costs per minute from the hotel.
• HotelThailand will not responsible for any loss or slow in connection from the Hotel. (If happened)
• Your Account will be expired after your first used.
