also called "Boule, Bocce or Boccia" is originally from France and is played on country roads. The Horseshoe Point presents 2 Petanque lanes for you to enjoy the game. Easy to pick up. Easy to play, and is enjoyable even if you are a new player playing with (relative) experts.Suitable for all ages (if you can't bend down to pick up the Boule - just put a magnet on a piece of string).

The Horseshoe Point & Country Club maintains a fleet of mountain bikes for rental to members and guests of the Resort on an hourly or daily basis.



Horseshoe Pitching

Horseshoe Pitching, a game, the essential feature of which is the tossing or throwing of a horseshoe at a pin, peg, or stake. The object of the game is to ring the pin or throw the horseshoe as close to the pin as possible. The game of horseshoe pitching may have originated when Roman soldiers first started to shoe their horses. Both games were brought to colonial America by the English.

17 Golf Courses are in the area , the closest - the Siam Country Club - being 500 meters from the Hotel. We have negotiated special green fees, typically in the $10 - $20 range
