Cancellation Policy :

1. If notification of cancellation is received 7 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) or more prior to check-in date. : Full Refund will be given.
2. If notification of cancellation is received 2-6 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in date. : A credit card processing fee of 5.5% will be levied.
3. If notification of cancellation is received less than 2 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in date. : A credit card processing fee of 5.5% PLUS one night room charge will be levied.
