Royal City Avenue (RCA)

Royal City Avenue known locally just RCA is a winding road that links Petchaburi Road with Rama 9. Its not on the sky train route but will be another venue to become more accessible with the opening of the underground system. It’s an area which has proved popular with teenagers and has got a reputation for underage drinking (below 20 years of age). As a result it is well monitored by the police, as part of the ongoing government clamp down on underage drinking. It has a wide selection of bars but its appeal is to a younger crowd through its home to the Harley Davidson Bar, a meeting place for Hog fans. It’s not really the area for someone looking for a traditional British or Irish Pub.
