The menu has been planned with the assistance of Thai culinary expert Assistant Proffesor Sisamon Kongpan and draws on dishes from all four corners of the Kingdom. The signature dishes include the vegetarian " Kaeng Kua Fak Thong" (Fresh Vegetables in Red Curry) and "Somtam apple Kew Lae Look Pear" (Crispy Green Apple and Pear Somtam). Four types of rice plain, jasmine, pandanus and saffron are served from huge glass goldfish like bowls. Most dishes are reasonably priced in the Baht 150-400 range.
