1. What are Activities?
Hotelthailand.com offers a wide range of activities in Thailand. We are able to reserve tickets for various Shows and Entertainment, Cruise, Theme Park, Zoo, Adventure and Packages for Spa, Sightseeing, Tour and more.
2. Where are Activities found?
Activities, attractions, services can be found all over Thailand especially in Bangkok, Pattaya, Chiang Mai, Phuket, and Krabi. We provide choices of activities and attractions that will suit everyone and make sure there are things to do to keep you occupied during your Thailand vacation.
3. What is meant by ‘On Request/ Confirmation by email’?
To make a reservation, simply go to Activities Page
Select an activity on the main Activities Page or proceed to the Activities Search Box by selecting your Activities type, location, and your travel date. Then click Search Now button for all results.
Once you find your Activity, select your Activity’s options, the number of participant(s) and preferred date. Then check on the Add box.
Once you complete adding all your activities, click Check out at the top or bottom of the page.
You will see the Review Page with the Activitie(s) you selected. If you wish to continue searching for more activities, click on Search More button. When you finish, you can proceed by logging in to the system with your User Name and Password. If you are a new user, you need to register before continue with reservation.
Proceed with your booking step and confirmed after you put your credit card numbers.
4. Where are Activities details?
From Search Page, if you wish to see any Activities details, click on the each Activity picture or More Details on the description of that activity.
5. Can I look for other activities after I click "Add"?
Yes, from Review Page, click on Search More button. This will direct you back to the main Activities Page. The activities you have selected earlier will still be stored in our system until you finish your booking process.
6. What to do if I need a vehicle Transfer for my Activities?
You can request for a Transfer during your booking process. First, you will be asked if you need a Transfer. Once you select Yes, a selection of activities will appear so you will be able to choose which Activity you need a transfer for. Once you have confirmed your booking process, our reservation team will revert with information on Transfer cost for your Activities. You will not be charged until you confirm the transfer cost.
7. How long do I have to wait for Activities confirmation?
Our reservation team will confirm your booking within 24 hours. If you still have not received a confirmation e-mail from us, please contact our Customer Service immediately.
8. How do I receive and print my vouchers?
Once we have a confirmation from our activities' suppliers, we will send you Activity voucher(s) via e-mail. You will receive our confirmation e-mail with your Activity voucher(s) within 24 hours.
9. Can I book any activities combine with Hotels?
Not right now. Our system cannot support this option just yet. However, you can still book hotels and activities separately.
10. Why don’t I see the same activities as before?
If you change your travel dates, some activities may not appear in the search result because they are not available on those dates. You can try searching each activity separately at the Activities Categories section in the main Activity Page.
11. How do I amend or cancel my reservation?
If you wish to amen or cancel your reservation, you can contact our customer service at +662-100-8010 or e-mail your request to firstname.lastname@example.org
