Rates Includes :

• First Class Insurance, Loss Damage Waiver, Theft Protection, Third Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance and unlimited Mileage

Rates Excludes :

• Fuel, Optional items and Government Tax
• Baby Stroller, Child Seat, Portable GPS Navigators, SLDW (Must be pre-booked at time of booking and pay direct to Thai Rent A Car counter)
• Is available between locations in Thailand. No one-way fee for rentals of 5 days or more, otherwise 2,000 Baht of one-way fee will be changed. No one-way rentals service for IDAH, only, available at Bangkok Locations.
• Free Delivery and Collection service within 15 kilometers radius of Thai Rent A Car offices
• All vehicle groups CPMR,EBAR, ECAR, CCAR, FCAR, IDAH and FFAR are on request Up to 24 hours prior to vehicle pick up on ECAR and CCAR cars, Car availability cannot be quaranteed
• IF cancelled up to 24 hours prior to vehicle pick up, on cancellation fee will be charged,
  if cancelled later or in case of No-Show, cancellation fee equal to 1 day rental will be charged.
• Counter in Airport Arrival Area and Walk to Car for Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Udonthani, Khon Kaen, Samui & Phuket.
• Bangkok Downtown, Bangkok Suvarnabhumi, HuaHin, Pattaya, Khao Lak and Krabi locations are off the airport but we deliver to airport and hotel
• Vehicles hired are currently not permitted outside the Kingdom of Thiland. Failure to comply with this requirement will void all insurance coverage

Conditions :

• Minimum driver age is 21 years.
• 24 hours is one rental day. Extra full hours will be charged at of the daily rate.
• Customers must have a valid credit card, driving license and a copy of identification card or passport.
• Customer must have a credit card for Baht 20,000~40,000 to cover the security deposit.

Optional items :

• Baby Stroller 6 months to 3 years at 100 baht/day maximum 1,500 baht per rental
• Childseat 6 months to 3 years at 100 baht/day maximum 1,500 baht per rental
• GPS Navigator at 200 baht/day maximum 3,000 baht per rental
• Super LDW (to reduce the excess 3000 - 0 Baht) available at THB 200 per day
