cut into 4 portions

garlic

ginger root
|

teaspoon minced coriander root
|
|

teaspoon
salt
|

teaspoon
of sugar
|

teaspoon
ground peper
|
|

tablespoon
vegetable oil
|
Pound
the garlic, ginger root slice, minced coriander root, salt and pepper
together. Rub the mixture onto the chichen portions. Brush with oli.
Leave the chicken to marinate for 1-2 hours in a refrigerator. Then
remove from the fridge and charcoal grill untill cooked and brown. Serve
with papaya salad and steamed glutinous rice.
