Restaurant - Lord Jim's : The superlative menu at this seafood restaurant attracts diners from far and wide. Named after the seafaring hero created by the novelist Joseph Conrad, Lord Jim's reputation for magnificent seafood is almost as well-travelled as its namesake. It is renowned world wide, particularly for its sushi and sashimi dishes that are often to be seen in our buffet lunches and a la carte dinner menu. After a complete and total transformation, the newly renovated restaurant's concept focuses not only on the freshness and vastness of the sea which is reflected in the variety of exciting seafood dishes, but also on aquatic themes which are prevalent in the sophisticated and stylish d?cor. Restaurant - China House : renovations took place over the course of four months, transforming the existing two-storey, colonial building (home to The China House since 1990) into an elegant dining venue. The period furniture, upholstered with horsehair and cowhide, is reminiscent of the opulence of 1930s Shanghai. Talented chef Jereme Leung, founder of the much-lauded Whampoa Club in Shanghai, has been appointed as consultant chef. He, in turn, has named one of his brightest prot?g?s, Chef Kong Khai Meng, to head the culinary team. Opening Hours Lunch: 11:30am-2:30pm Dinner: 7pm-10:30pm
